Clinic Reviews >> Inspired musical performance, excellent teaching and a contagious enthusiam for music. Graham Breedlove's visit to our campus energized our students and the entire program. This is a world-class musician that truly has something to offer. Dr. William
Stowman, Chair Our students had the good fortune to have Graham as their conductor for the 2004 MMEA All State Jazz Band. As past president for jazz activities and manager for the group, I had the opportunity to work closely with him on this project. Graham is a unique musician in that he is equally adept at the education side of things as he is a skilled performer. His ability to communicate effectively in the short time he was given to work led to an outstanding concert experience for these students. We look forward to having Graham back to Maine many times in the future. Craig
Skeffington Graham Breedlove was exactly what I was looking for in a guest conductor and clinician for our jazz festival. His combination of skills as a professional performer and an engaging educator made for an outstanding festival. I can't wait to have him back to work with our kids. Dale
Hoke, Coordinator of Instrumental Music I have worked with Graham in a number of different settings ranging from middle and high school aged children through college and professionals. Each time I am astounded at his ability to uniquely address and relate to their abilities and challenges in a way that is both artistically sophisticated and pedagogicaly sound. Students leave their experience with Mr. Breedlove having a greater ability, understanding, and love for the process of music making. Brendan Caldwell,
Director of Bands Graham is an outstanding performer and clinician. As a guest artist, he is inspiring and has had a lasting, positive effect on our students. Dr. Chris Oberholtzer,
Director of Jazz Studies Graham's superior musicianship inspired our students,
and his emphasis on enjoying the process of making music
made this week very fun for everyone. I was also pleasantly
surprised to see the Ellen Eccles Theatre so full of happy
concert goers...and a standing ovation, no less. Bravo! Dr
Jon Gudmundson, Director of Jazz Studies
